What will you gain from attending a workshop?

Our training courses and webinars are delivered by professional mental health practitioners and clinicians who work closely with young people and families.

Our training is co-created with our young people and is designed to cover what is applicable and important to them. We create an interactive and immersive experience that will leave all participants with a better understanding of mental health key issues.
